Order Cancellations

Because our food is freshly prepared to order, cancellations are subject to the following rules:

  • Before Preparation Starts: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the kitchen has not yet started preparing your meal. Please contact us immediately by phone if you need to cancel.
  • After Preparation Starts: Once our chefs start preparing your order, we cannot cancel or refund the order as the ingredients have already been dedicated to your meal.

Issues with Your Order

If you receive food that is incorrect, missing items, or not up to our high quality standards, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of pickup or delivery) so we can make it right:

  • Missing Items: We will happily prepare and deliver the missing items to you, or issue a refund/store credit for the value of the missing item.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong dish, please do not consume it. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement dish or issue a full refund for that item.
  • Quality Concerns: We strive for perfection, but if a dish fails to meet our high standards, please call us to discuss a replacement or refund. We may request a photo of the dish to help our kitchen staff improve.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved by our management team:

  • Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued in cash or store credit immediately.
  • Online Payments (Cards / Mobile Banking): Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
